December 28-2009 Gulf Front and First Tier Update

The new CCCL will be re-drawn in January of 2010. If you are on the market for a Gulf front lot at Cape San Blas north you should consider a deep water front lot where the building pad is landward of this line. The alternative will a First tier lot which in most cases are landward of the CCCL and out of the flood plain (X flood zone)
