Market Status: Activity is very high, multiple new contracts are registred in the MLS. Most of the good short sales properties are gone. I have shown property almost every day since August 1-2009. Cape San Blas north is probably one of the most beautiful places in the entire area. It features white sand, blue water and great sunsets.

If you ever dream of owing property at the north end of the Cape, today is a perfect time to narrow your search. Why? Prices are affordable again, there 13 lots under $100K and this is just the asking price. We are touching the bottom of the market. As a personal example, buyer requests and interest has increase in the last week. I feel this winter we will be unsually busy.
