JUST SOLD 441 Barrier Dunes FOR $200K ON 10-05-09 This was my buyer. Buyer found me on the internet and we worked and completed the transaction using email, youtube. He finally came to closing and saw the unit for the first time. He was happy, I was worried the whole time we were under contract. Thanks youtube!
