March 9 Beach Update – Live From the Cape

Today’s walkthrough from the Cape shows how active the project corridor has become ahead of sand pumping later in March. These clips give you a real feel for how close equipment is to existing homes, what the current beach profile looks like, and how staging is progressing near the jetty.

  • Heavy equipment and pipe are now staged along key access points.
  • The active work zone is clearly marked; please respect all closures and posted signs.
  • The beach profile is still lower than it will be once sand pumping starts, so expect the shoreline to change significantly in the coming weeks.

If you own or are under contract on property along the project corridor, these videos are meant to give you a “boots on the ground” view so you can better understand how the work may impact access, views, and short‑term rental timing.
